Several issues were discussed about the positives and negatives surrounding the tournament.

• the possibility of having a second referee in the small gym
• the need for more cleanup help on Saturday especially in the concessions area
• improving the access to the stands especially for the elderly
• improving the flow of people in the entrance area and at the registration table

Our congratulations and thanks to Doug Hoyt on a very successful tournament. All your hard work and perseverance is greatly appreciated by all who benefit from the DSC.

Our thanks also to Murray LaLonde on all his hard work organizing and running the concessions.

All new orders for uniforms and socks will be from SCORE.

Ken will be in charge of field assignments and practice times when the coaches have given him their preference of days.

The practice fields will only be lined once. The paint and the sprayer will be at Jeri-Ann’s house.
