of her role as

refereeing, which was followed by
a question and answer period.

sell the left
over tournament t-shirts. She also
thanked everyone for their efforts at the tournament.
New Business/General Topics
Fundraisers were mentioned, the topic was tabled until the next meeting.
Bill Campbell mentioned a clinic that NYSWYSA will sponsor, called "Mom and Pop". It is a two hour session to help fans understand the game better. The club will look into organizing this session in early August. Would like to invite all school coaches and parents as well as Sertoma.
Tim Wiese needs to send a report to NYSWYSA about the tournament.
Lizette suggested we put a history of the club on the website, Tim Wiese to contact Joanne Jacobs.
Evan suggested at future tournaments all club officers be "recognizable".
The Dryden Courier ran an article on the tournament in the last issue. Peggy is going to contact the paper and get the original article to put on the website.
Doug Hoyt is going to arrange for a "sports therapist" to come and speak at the September meeting.
The DSC will be helping the Town of Dryden in hosting a MLS "Sierra Mist" even on May 22nd. 8 volunteers will need to be provided by the club, one thought was to ask the schools varsity teams.
A discussion was held on the concern that we all have about the future of the club. June is election of officers, and three of our current officers terms expire and no one is coming forward to replace them. In addition, we have no Facilities Coordinator .This is DESPERATE!
Next meeting: Monday, May 10, 7:00 PM at the Elementary School
