Minutes of October 2004 Meeting
     Discussed and motion made and accepted  for meeting minutes of October 4th & November 8th.

Coordinators Reports
Registrar:                    
- Local club registrar will be able to certify their rosters soon!
- second session deadline for The Field is December 30, 2004
- Broome County Spring Deadlines:
     - team entry is January 17, 2005
     - withdrawal without penalty is February 12, 2005
     - coaches meeting March 17, 2005
     - first weekend of play is April 23, 2005
     - last weekend of play is June 30, 2005
                               
Treasurer:                    
- General fund balance $8,182.55
- Adult league balance $443.06
- Scholarship fund balance $542.40
                                   
Facilities:                     No report - currently having problems with double booking of the gyms.  How can this be prevented?
                                 
Coach/Ref:                  Meeting to be held after the Club meeting today

Rec League:                
 - Jr Rec - 27 kids signed up so far
              - put information in Shopper
              - information in school flyer
              - will get information to Freeville & Cassavant school for more players
              - format is 1/2 of the time is skill work, then 1/2 of the time is scrimmage
 - Int/Sr Rec
               - no intermediate league - not enough signed up
               - currently 4 co-ed teams of 7 players each
               - uniforms ordered
               - contacting coaches
               - Sat 12-6pm reserved - may change time in future
                                 
Adult:                          No Report

Travel Teams:              BCSA: no report
                                   TCSA: headgear for kids costs $30.00.  Leaving it up to clubs to adopt policy on it.  Tabled and will
                                       be brought up at next meeting.  The headgear prevents concussions from hitting walls, floors and
                                       head to head.  It is light weight and players are already wearing them. 

Equipment:                   Will deliver first aid kits soon.

Uniforms:                     No report                             

Website:                      Currently working on it. Changes coming soon.

- Lizette Odfalk is looking for some help.  Anyone interested can contact her.
                                  
Old Business/Unresolved Issues

New Business/General Topics
- Dryden Boys Varsity team sent the club a thank you card for the charter bus.  It was greatly appreciated by the team.
- Tournament  - everything is submitted except for the date of the event.
                      - the Club decided on March 5th, 2005.
                      - set up will be Friday night and tournament Saturday followed by cleanup Saturday night.
- By Laws      - revisions need to be done, committee would be the best way to update.
                      - tabled until next meeting
- First Aid Training for the coaches tabled until next meeting.
