Code of Conduct
The Dryden Soccer Club is concerned about the conduct of all coaches, players and parents at games, at all levels, from recreation to premiere. We want to ensure that games are fair, positive, enjoyable experiences for all children and adults involved. To his end, every player, coach and parent must agree to follow the following Code of Conduct in order to participate in our programs. Failure to comply with the standards set forth in the document can lead to eventual forfeiture of the right of participation.
The Dryden Soccer Club has determined that action will be taken against any player who accumulates, during a season, 5 cautions, or 1 disqualification (including the combination of 2 cautions leading to a disqualification) as follows:
1st disqualification: 1 game suspension
2nd disqualification: 3 game suspension plus judiciary committee hearing
3rd disqualification: Remainder of season suspension plus judiciary hearing to determine future eligibility with the Dryden Soccer Club.
It will be the coach's responsibility to notify the Club President of infractions within 24 hours after the game via email or telephone.
The judiciary committee will be comprised of a cross representation of the DSC. This committee will be formed annually.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Code of Conduct of players, parents and coaches of the Dryden Soccer Club. I agree to comply in letter and in spirit with the terms of the Code of Conduct of the Dryden Soccer Club.
